Hanalei Bay Villas is a short walk to a beach access path as well as several restaurants including those at Princeville Hotel. Also within the Princeville community are interesting shops to browse and additional eateries with diverse and delicious cuisine. Golfers may want to take to the links at the 27-hole Makai and 18-hole Prince golf courses. These courses offer exciting challenge plus breath-taking scenery and were designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr.

Be sure to take a scenic drive along the north shore's coastal road for magnificent views in every direction. The neighboring town of Hanalei is quite charming and well worth a visit. A variety of activities abound on Kauai and wherever you go, you will undoubtedly enjoy the beautiful sights along the way.

Pictures do not do the views justice, great location, and condo was everything we expected. Close to our favorite restaurant the Bistro in Kilauea. We will definitely consider staying there again on our next visit to the "Garden Isle".

My wife and I had an unforgettable 6-night stay at Hanalei Bay Villas 21. The two-story apartment is very private, totally separate from the other bungalows. The view is breathtaking. At one point an alarm went off in the bathroom, the management company was there in less than 30 mn to fix the issue. Only downside: from the balcony at night, you can hear the hum of the engines of the One Hotel AC in the distance. If you are looking for 100% quiet, that might annoy you.

We spent a great week at Hanalei Bay Villa 21. The condo was spacious and very inviting. We enjoyed sitting on the upper lanai taking in the amazing scenery and watching the golfers on the Maki golf course. You could see the bay of Hanalei in the distance. Just a short walk across the street was the beautiful sunset. The condo is a short drive to several great beaches. There isn’t a pool in this complex but the beaches were great nearby. There is a secret beach a short walkable distance across the road which is a steep slope that many vacationers frequent. It is a short distance to Queen’s Bath as well. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a very comfortable villa, with outstanding views and exceedingly well equipped. The owners had lots of very interesting Hawaiian historical items displayed. This was a perfect adult only villa after a week with 10 family members in a VRBO nearby. Rainy nights brought beautiful morning rainbows!
A short walk to the hotel bar with delicious $24 margaritas and fun bartenders. Hideaways beach entrance is right across the street. VERY happy with our stay!

The place truly felt like home. Breakfast on the Linai, snorkeling at hidden beach, walkable restaurants, driving to awesome hiking trails, and then a sunset cruise off if the Na Pali coast. We had the absolute best time.

We have stayed in many Hanalei Bay Villas! This is one of the best! It is owner lived in and owner loved! Some of them are so tired and abused because they are only in a rental pool. The families old photos and invitations and other memorabilia make you feel as a guest! Super clean and all amenities! We just got back and booked another stay!

The Good: Location in Princeville; view from the upper lanai especially w/ morning coffee; beach chairs & coolers in new condition.
The Bad: Upon arrival-crumbs in Kitchen, under microwave & on floor in front of fridge; dust on all the fake plants and on all the window blinds; all carpet and living space area rug needs a thorough cleaning or replaced; the 1/2 bath toilet seat is damaged & needs replaced; small showers; the whole unit is tired, cluttered and in desperate need of an update! I would stay at unit 20 or 22 next time.

This condo is a wonderful stand alone home. It is very well finished, and equipped. The views were impressive, and the golf holes in front were entertaining. Be prepared for an early rise due to golf course maintenance, and the usual roosters.

This was the 2nd time at this lovely condo with gorgeous view off the lanai. The home is nicely decorated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need...even olive oil! Beach chairs and new boogie boards are provided and the location in Princeville is the best for watching beautiful sun rises and sunsets. There are so many beaches close by and with a little hike you can even cross the inlet and be in Hanalei. Love love love this place.

This condo (#21) was absolutely beautiful. It was completely stocked, even had olive oil, coffee filters and spices for cooking and everything we needed for a beach day. The view was breathtaking and sitting on the lanai, drinking morning coffee seeing a rainbow and a peak at Hanalei Bay...well it doesn’t get better. Location in Princeville, cleanliness, comfort were 100%. Thank you to the hosts who thought of everything to make it a great stay. We will return.

We had a fabulous trip to Kauai and our stay at villa #21 was a highlight. Kauai Vacation rental was great to work with as well. Sitting on the deck watching the golfers below is was fun and Hanalei Bay in the distance was gorgeous. 2 beachs walkable from villa and great viewpoint across the road. House was clean and kitchen had everything we needed..plus they had items to use at the beach, big bonus. If you don't like being awaken by roosters then don't go to Kauai...loved it. Also mowers start at 6:30am on the golf course but since we were up having our coffees watching sunrise it didn't bother us. Mahalo for sharing this home..

This was a great villa, better than anticipated. Close to Hide-away beach & Queens Bath, drivable to many other attractions, yet great walkable areas.
The condo itself was very comfortable & spacious. The pantry was stocked with spices, oils, plenty of pans and cooking utensils. We ate out on the lanai daily watching golfers, enjoying the view and amazing weather!
The bed was very comfortable. They supplied us with beach items ( towels, chairs, mats, coolers), just about anything we needed.
In fact, I felt like they anticipated our every need. When we arrived there was a reusable bag for groceries and a small cooler filled with local snacks for us to take home with us. The snacks were excellent- I bought all of them to take home as gifts. It was great knowing immediately what was local and good!
We spent 2 weeks in Kauai, 1 week here and this was our favorite villa.
We will be back! Thank you for incredible memories❤️

We are golfers and when we weren't golfing we were entertained by those golfing right outside below our lanai. Felt like home-great relaxed atmosphere-wonderful assortment of kitchen utensils & small appliances. Far exceeded our expectations. Wonderful AV system,books, Hawaiian CDs! Quick service response from KVR when we locked ourselves out on the lanai! Plan to return in 2015!

This is the perfect vacation home! The pictures do not do this place justice. It is so close to so many things and I would stay here again. You will be so happy if you decide to stay here.
